Marketing Manager at MARINI INDIA

• Technical education or degree in communication.
• Strong written and oral communication; English professionally spoken.
• 3-5 years of experience in a Product Management dpt and / or in a Communication dpt.
• Intercultural competence to work with colleagues from different countries.
• Willingness to grow his / her potential through at least 2 years of working in India.
• Strong will to move matters forward, especially in the context of a very young factory.

Responsabilities:

• Product Marketing & Communication activities for the MARINI products manufactured in India.
• Definition of the yearly Marketing Budget of MARINI INDIA and periodic monitoring of the actual costs vs budget.
• Realization of product videos, brochures, product presentations, advertisements (digital & print).
• Development of content for the social networks that the MARINI HQ in Italy can publish on the various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, etc…).
• Organization of local events, such as fairs in India and Open Days at the factory in Ahmedabad.
• Implementation of advertisements in the local press and local digital platforms.
• Relationship with local journalists.
• Analysis of the Indian market, benchmarking vs competitors, monitoring of local market shares.
• Participation to the specification and development of new products, in cooperation with the Technical Team in Ahmedabad and with the MARINI HQ in Italy.
