New mobile asphalt plants XPRESS 1500 and XPRESS 2000

MARINI is launching its new range of super-mobile XPRESS 1500 and XPRESS 2000 plants on the market, which produce 120 and 160 tph respectively.

The layout
The entire plant fits onto two trailer units which are just 3 metres wide, on which all the pre-wired components are fitted, eliminating the need for a crane for erection and resulting in great reductions in transport costs and installation costs, given that no concrete foundations are necessary.
The basic layout consists of 4 (5 option) cold feeders trailer-mounted together with the dryer drum, filter and control cabin.
The main trailer consists of the hot elevator, screens for 4/5 selected sizes, under-screen hopper and the mixer.
As an alternative, the bitumen and fuel tanks (29 and 7 thousand litres respectively) may be mounted onto the main trailer.
The many options available, such as the imported filler and/or recovered fines tank and finished product storage silo, mean that the plant can be custom-made according to the client’s individual requirements.
The recycling
With the XPRESS plants up to 40% RAP may be used. MARINI offers several RAP technologies, for ecological reasons and also to optimize production costs thanks to the lower aggregate and bitumen consumption due to recycling.

Further technical solutions can be implemented at any time to upgrade XPRESS plants to face different types of working situations. Installation of the MARINI Foaming Bitumen kit permits warm asphalt production, a high quality mix at 20-30°C lower that traditional hot mixes.
Today, with our quick and easy plant installation, we have the means to make energy savings while producing mixes at temperatures 30°C lower than traditional mixes.
